Mariner Finance, LLC Aligns with Milestone Partners

Baltimore, MD--   Mariner Finance, LLC’s executive management team is pleased to announce it is aligning with Milestone Partners, a middle market private equity firm from Saint Davids, PA, to purchase Mariner Finance from First Mariner Bancorp. The transaction is expected to close by December 15, 2009. The alliance with Milestone will enable Mariner Finance’s management to continue to operate and grow its 41 locations, and offer its customers and retail merchants the highest level of service and convenience.
